How we create your individual AlphaPictures
Do you need your own individual picture? No problem – just send us your photo and we’ll do the rest. Your photo should be raw data, not compressed. The texts should be placed in a prominent position to catch the eye.
Your picture will be preprocessed ("alphabetized”) by our AlphaPicture operators. Using the AlphaPicture process, series of one-to-one personalized pictures can then be produced from the lists of names (Excel, CSV, etc.) which you have provided.
Each picture has an ID number, which is recognized by personalization software. Those who do not have their own personalization software can simply order complete, ready-to-print PDFs from AlphaPicture. In this case, pictures and variable data are linked with each other to safely prevent any mix-up.
